No random sends. Just a rhythm that kept things moving.

Two of the programs I built became recurring staples: Monday Moves and The Feature Drop.

Program 01

Monday Moves 🚲

One customer. One story. Every Monday.

We already had great customer stories. I wanted to make them work harder. So I created Monday Moves, a weekly customer storytelling program that turns one case study into a short, easy-to-digest email focused on one challenge, one outcome, and one reason to care.

Why I built it

Our customer stories were strong, but they were mostly waiting for people to discover them on the website. I wanted to turn customer proof into something proactive, repeatable, and easy to consume every week.

Monday Moves turned customer stories into an always-on email program that consistently drove engagement and created a direct path from customer proof to pipeline.

Program 02

The Feature Drop 🧩

One feature. Four ICPs. Four different reasons to care.

A CEO, Corp Dev leader, Finance lead, and Integration lead can look at the exact same feature and care about completely different things. Instead of sending one generic product email to everyone, I built The Feature Drop around four ICP-specific versions of the same story.

Why I built it

The same feature means different things depending on who is reading. I wanted product education to feel relevant to the person receiving it instead of sounding like another generic “we launched a feature” email.

The Feature Drop turned product education into persona-based demand generation. Instead of one generic product message, each ICP got a reason to care about the feature in their own language.

Executive and Corp Dev audiences consistently showed the strongest engagement and conversion.
